THANK YOU so much for taking such good care of Brian today. I am so thankful that you were able to able to make his journey a calm one. Your service is a life saver for parents like myself who have no other way to get a child to a facility.

I appreciate you understanding how nervous he was and taking the time to reassure him about where he was going. Taking time to meet with me was so helpful. Your updates on where you were and how it was going, helped me survive the day.

Dear Brian,

I just wanted to drop you a note to say, on behalf of Gail and myself, a sincere
‘thank you’ for the safe delivery of our son to RCA yesterday. I received feedback
today that the intakewent smoothly.

It was really great to be able to meet you and discuss the operation prior to it’s
taking place—for us, you both provided considerable comfort in a very difficult
process for us.

Again, guys, thanks.....as one who has had to travel often in my career, I do not
envy your current travel schedule....but thank God there are guys like you, ready,
willing and able to assist those of  us who need you.

Thank you so very much, your letter meant the world to me.  i am so  glad she 
read my letters, we love her so much and i just want her to realize we  did 
this out of love.  It may take a bit but she will get it. Thanks for treating her so well,
